2.2 Functional Requirements for Product Design

3. nitrogen equipment with unqualified oxygen sound and light alarm function, nitrogen gas for a long time unqualified automatic shutdown protection function.
4. Liquid nitrogen equipment adopts cryogenic mixed working medium throttling refrigerator as cold source, compact structure, can continuously and conveniently supply liquid nitrogen, can be used as the supply source of small amount of liquid nitrogen in the region.

4.2 Equipment boundary area
This set of pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production device consist of air source system, air filtration system, oxygen and separation and nitrogen buffer system. In this technical scheme, pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production equipment within the composition range of the whole device adopts skid mounted; From the outlet of air compressor to the outlet of nitrogen storage tank, all equipment, connecting pipes, flanges and other materials in a single skid block are included.

4.3.2 Installation site requirements
1) The equipment shall be stored in a dry, clean, well-ventilated warehouse with no corrosive substances around. For short-term open storage and transportation should be covered with rain cloth, and the equipment should not be in direct contact with the ground.
2)Indoor installation site environmental temperature is 2 ~ 40℃ , relative humidity ≤ 80%.
3) Installation requirements: Crane or forklift is easy to reach and install. The ground is flat, and the distance between equipment and wall or other equipment shall not be less than 800mm; The sewage outlet must be connected to the outside of the device with a pipe.
4.3.3 Site installation
1) The buyer shall install according to the installation atlas provided by the supplier.
2) The purchaser shall be responsible for unloading the equipment and placing each section of the equipment in a predetermined position.
3) The buyer shall provide labor connection and assembly equipment to prepare for start-up.
4)The buyer shall provide labor services and materials by contacting various
necessary facilities (electricity, gas and water).
5. Liquid nitrogen equipment mainly introduced:
Nitrogen liquefier is a cryogenic mixing medium saving flow refrigerator driven by a single compressor with pre-cooling to achieve nitrogen liquefaction (- 180℃). Cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttling refrigerant is based on the regenerative multiple mixed refrigerant throttling refrigeration cycle, from the ambient temperature to the target refrigeration temperature, the selection of high, medium and low boiling point pure components composed of multiple mixed working medium, to achieve the effective cooling temperature of each boiling point components relay matching, is a kind of refrigeration machine can efficiently achieve -40~ 196℃ temperature range.
