6. Before sealing, the headspace of the bottle is blown by a similar high-speed sealing machine, and the lid is sealed while blowing, which can effectively ensure the control of dissolved oxygen.
7. The sealing parameters can be set on the touch screen, and the sealing structure can be flexibly fine-tuned to reduce the difficulty of adjusting the machine and facilitate the operator.
8. The equipment has the function of cyclic reverse cleaning with the customer's CIP station. The filling cylinder is equipped with two 360° rotating cleaning ball structures without dead ends for cleaning. As long as the equipment is switched to the CIP cleaning state, the filling valve/gas replacement tube can be replaced. Circular cleaning is carried out on the road/feeding pipeline to ensure that the equipment is cleaned after the production is over.
9. For different tank types (330, 500), etc., it is possible to perform a highly flexible switch without changing replacement parts, which is simple and fast.
