This combined machine is suitable for the filling and sealing of cans in the beer and carbonated beverage industries.

The whole structure is a filling and sealing integrated unit. The power of the filling system is transmitted by the capping system through the synchronous gear.
The filling valve adopts the most advanced electromagnetic valve flowmeter for isobaric filling.

The filling valve adds carbon dioxide replacement parts during the filling process, which completely reduces the problem of oxygen increase control of the old filling machine on the market.The filling accuracy can reach ±2ml.

The sealing is formed by double crimping and spinning, which can meet the sealing requirements of all can and lid manufacturers at home and abroad. The whole machine is automatically controlled by frequency conversion and speed regulation, with stable filling, fast speed, accurate filling amount, no filling without cans, no capping without cans, and automatic feeding control. It is suitable for filling cans of 250ml-500ml cans. And sealing, is the latest international cans craft beer filling and sealing unit.

Machine Features

1. The equipment is small in size, easy to carry and flexible to install.
2. The filling method is the same as that of the rotary machine. It adopts the mode of equal pressure-replacement-filling-pressure relief. The parameters of each link can be set, which can effectively improve the oxygenation control of the filling process.
3. All surfaces in direct contact with food are made of food-grade materials to ensure food safety.
4. Imported parts are used for key parts, such as bearings, seals, sensors, etc.
5. The filling precision is controlled by a flow meter, with high precision. Moreover, the filling volume can be set and adjusted for each filling valve on the touch screen, which is convenient and accurate.
6. Before sealing, the headspace of the bottle is blown by a similar high-speed sealing machine, and the lid is sealed while blowing, which can effectively ensure the control of dissolved oxygen.
7. The sealing parameters can be set on the touch screen, and the sealing structure can be flexibly fine-tuned to reduce the difficulty of adjusting the machine and facilitate the operator.
8. The equipment has the function of cyclic reverse cleaning with the customer's CIP station. The filling cylinder is equipped with two 360° rotating cleaning ball structures without dead ends for cleaning. As long as the equipment is switched to the CIP cleaning state, the filling valve/gas replacement tube can be replaced. Circular cleaning is carried out on the road/feeding pipeline to ensure that the equipment is cleaned after the production is over.
9. For different tank types (330, 500), etc., it is possible to perform a highly flexible switch without changing replacement parts, which is simple and fast.
